Hi, 

My first image uploaded to Adobe stock got rejected because of technical issues. Can you let me know of the technical issues present in this image?

As mentioned, your image is too dark. Even though you may have intended to have this as a silhouette, there is too much black at the bottom of the picture. There is not enough contrast.

Your composition is good. However, the image has lost details because it is too dark.
