"Technical issues" for rejected photos that seem fine

I'm pretty new to this platform, so I was really confused when I saw that two of my photos, which I thought were fine, were rejected on account of "technical issues". Since there was no other information given to me, I hoenstly do not know why these photos were not accepted. I'll admit, they aren't my best, but I don't see any glaring issues like over/underexposure, motion blur, out of focus, excessive grain or really anything else that's mentioned on the review process page. Can someone please explain why they think these got rejected? I asked some friends and they thought they were fine, so I'm just wondering what you all think.

Hi Fantasticfin,

There is a white balance problem. The pictures are too cool. They are not completely in focus. Too much is out of focus.

Color noise and out of focus

Out of focus

Grainy and out of focus

Please zoom your file to between 100 and 200% to inspect for faults.

Best wishes
