Technical Issues - Rejected Photos

Can someone help me figure out what technical issues are causing my photos to be rejected.

In addition to the focus problem on all three photos, the first and the last have cropping issues. You cut off the tip of the main subject. In the last photo is the corner of the table.

Moving this from stock to stock contributors forum.

Indoor plants: exposure problems and composition problems. The last picture at least, has also focussing problem and a noise problem.

Tree: Exposure problem. In addition there is no commercial value for such a picture.
