The white balance is incorrect, to cool. That probably triggered the refusal.

 

There is a slight noise level, but I suppose it's still in the limits. You can also play a bit with the local contrasts (clarity, sometimes also called structure). You can shift the exposure by a bit. All probably irrelevant for the refusal.

 

It may well be, however, that you will get an IP violation at a later stage, as the glass front is quite iconic and may be protected as an architectural work.

The corner should also be vertical.
