Greetings. If you found similar photographs in Adobe stock, they are perhaps accepted because a release and permission to use this image has been obtained from all who have ownership or copyright control of it. You can resubmit this image and notice near the end of the word selection list, you will see the YES and NO question about the recognizable material. Select YES and see if a release is required or has been requested comes up. Also, perhaps there are enough of these particular pictures in Adobe files now so yours was rejected. Adobe must safeguard all rights under copyright laws in each country. Become familiar with submission guidelines Adobe has posted for stock offerings. Best regards, JH

Hi,

I think the technical problem is the kids' drawings that aren't cropped clean. Here there are white areas which should be filled with the picture background.

From the Adobe guide explaining the rejection for technical reasons:

"Selections: Editing must be done inconspicuously. Selecting objects out of their backgrounds (or masking) to composite into new images requires time, patience, and care. Do not submit images that have been poorly selected or look like they are not a natural part of the scene."

I think for using the picture of the man you will need a release.

Greets,
