Technical problem? Because of what?

Your image is out of focus, you should have used a tripod and you did not add the model release...

(just kidding, but I couldn't resist).

I cannot find a flaw with this and it will be very difficult to justify "technical" errors. I do not know who would buy this as it is quite narrow and I (personally) would expect a full body figure (may be in Illustrator) that I can put on my own background. May be it was that reflection letting the controller refusing it.

Edit: I nearly forgot to say that the illustration is cute.
