Technical problem with this photo

Hello everyone, I began as a contributor this past week and had almost of my photos rejected. Came to study artifact/exposure issues and stuff to agree to the most part of them, except this one. Can you help me what is wrong with this picture?

The major problem seams to be the white balance. I would change to warmer tones. Then you can try to resubmit.

In addition, you could work a little the histogram blacks-shadows-exposure-highlights-whites. But I do not think that there is much that needs to be done.
