technical problems

hello everyone!

I am a beginner photographer, I cannot understand what technical problems are with my photographs. Can you tell me what's wrong?

The color saturation is noticeably high.

Legend

There is very little sharp and in focus, and the images are too dark generally speaking. The first one also has some blown out highlights.
