Hi, 

 

I received an email from Michelle Haarhoff of the Adobe Team 20 days ago, stating that my account was temporarily blocked because I had submitted Generative AI content that did not adhere to their guidelines.

The email read:

"Your account was temporarily blocked after we noticed that you had submitted Generative AI content that is not within our guidelines. Once you review these terms, simply respond back to this message confirming your willingness to remove and make any necessary corrections to your portfolio, so we can reinstate your account again."

On the same day, I sent a response apologizing for my mistake and assuring them that I would remove any images that violated their guidelines.

However, my account is still blocked. When can I expect it to be reinstated?

I wanted to express my sincere thanks for unblocking my account. Your prompt response and effort in resolving my issue were greatly appreciated.

I am grateful for your assistance in restoring my access to the platform, and I am pleased to inform you that I will be fixing all of the images within one day.

Dear Sir

I received an email from Adobe Team 15 days ago, stating that my account was temporarily blocked because I had submitted Generative AI content that did not adhere to their guidelines.

On the next day, I sent a response apologizing for my mistake and
I respond back to this message confirming I willingness to remove
any images that violated guidelines. And make any necessary corrections to my portfolio, so we can reinstate your account again.

However, my account is still blocked. When can I expect it to be reinstated? Please sympathize and let me know. Thank you.

Make sure to watch your spam folders and other, my Adobe emails tend to get filtered to my Promotions tab of my email service.

Greetings!

 

I'm under the impression that the Adobe Stock Team is a bit backlogged at the moment.  At 20 days, one additional email may be appropriate.  Sending too many emails could be viewed as spam lead to an account being permanently terminated, but I think one follow-up is appropriate here.

 

If you haven't heard anything in another 15 days, check back in with them community volunteers here.
