Tenho imagens no adobe stock a 9 meses e até agora não foram aprovadas ou rejeitadas, por que?

Boa tarde, sou contribuidor do Adobe Stock já tem alguns meses e tenho umas 200 imagens paradas que não foram rejeitadas ou aceitas e ja se passou 9 meses e nada aconteceu ainda, gostaria de saber se tem algum tipo de contato para eu conseguir resolver isso, pois estou com a conta limitada e mais de 3 mil imagens ja enviadas aguardando para ir para tela de aprovação.

We all have limited accounts and 3k assets is on the upper side. You will need to delete some assets and try to resubmit. Maybe that will help you to unblock the situation. It's a known bug, [irony on] potentially Adobe things that it is a feature… [irony off]

As a side note: Some of your assets shown here will not pass, except if they are marked as Illustrative Editorial. Generative AI can't be Illustrative Editorial.

9 months is a long time in the review queue.    

 

Did you submit model & property release forms with your images that require them?

 

You can reach out to Stock Contributor Support, but I don't know how much impact it will have:

It might be best to delete, rename and resubmit your images.

Have you checked the AI?

Cars and shoes have logos on them, so they won't pass the review.

Have you submitted a large number of assets that violate the rules without improving them?
Try deleting your submission, excluding the assets that violate the rules, and resubmitting only the assets that are fine.
