الرجاء المساعدة. تم إلغاء تنشيط الحساب ويحتوي على أكثر من 3000 تصميم وصورة عملت عليها لمدة 4 سنوات. كيف يمكنني استعادته؟ قدمت طلب استئناف قبل شهرين ولم أتلق ردا. أرسلته مرة أخرى ولم أتلق ردا. الرجاء المساعدة.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

 

You need to wait and see, what Adobe will decide. However, as there are many accounts getting suspended for alleged violations of the terms and conditions, this will take time. I suggest, you check the terms and conditions and the manuals and the different other information available to contributors to see, if you have violated one or more of the terms.
