The account has changed its status to-requires verification

Tomorrow will be the second week since my author's account changed its status to requires verification with an attached request to contact support, but no reaction. If there is someone from the support service, please contact me by email and explain at least approximately how much to expect verification and whether it is worth waiting for it at all? Thanks.
