Question

The creation of the release failed

I joined Adobe Stock a week ago.

I was able to use the link to Adobe Sign to make a release before.

However, yesterday I keep getting an error just before I send the Property release.

The message is "The creation of the release failed."

I've attached a screenshot.

I've cleared my browser cache and restarted.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you try also with a different browser?

    I think I've figured it out.  After it still didn't work using another browser, I used another format for the visual that is to be attached to the release.  It worked when I used .jpg format, not .png.  Thanks

    Releases need to be JPEG and the file name needs to be at least 4 characters. Furthermore, a release is only one file.
