The "curators" at Adobe stock!

The photo is very tiny for accurate analysis. However, what I see is a noisy photo of which the main subject, the insects, is out of focus.

Just because you enjoyed some success with an image at another microstock agency doesn't necessarily mean it's the right fit for Adobe Stock.   Different agencies have different quality and content standards as well as different customer base. 

As @Jill_C said,  there is too little detail and resolution in a thumbnail for us to judge.  But what little there is doesn't look like anything I could use in a commercial project because the content is clipped on all sides.

In any case, read your Stock Contributor User Guide carefully.  And compare your work with that of other Stock contributors in your keyword category.  Adobe Stock evaluates all submissions fairly based on the same criteria, regardless of experience and equipment.
