The importance of choosing the right category for a photo

Hello community. Tell me, does it matter for sales the most accurate definition of the photo category? Or is this not taken into account when a client searches for photos to purchase?

Categories aren't particularly relevant; accurate and thorough titles and keywords are far more important. Read this thread from last year on this topic:

    Hi,

     

    I would assume that the more and accurately the Categories is, the better the photos could be found. Some people like to search by Description, other like more to browse and let them inspire. If your work is in the wrong category, it could simply not be found then.
