The link for the bonus code is broken and my plan has expired

The link for the bonus code is broken, I've been trying to contact with support through the contact form and got no answer. I tried the creative cloud app chat and every time they close the chat before someone from support to contributors shows up, "sorry we are closed", at any time of the day by the way.
And after one week trying to contact them, now my plan has expired and all I got was and e-mail, yesterday, inviting me to pay, whit more than 18.500 downloads last year.
It looks like other contributors have the same problem (both, with the bonus codes and the non-existance of a support service)
Any solution??
