Composition needs improvement. And more elements to engage me as the viewer. Or, since there is nothing of interest in the background, you might consider eliminating it and simply submitting it as a transparent png. Search Adobe Stock for decorated eggs and and see what the competition is doing.

DO NOT resubmit the same image twice. You’ll get strikes for duplicate content/spamming which is a TERMS violation.

Pick one preferred format per asset- JPEG, PNG, or Vector graphic AI, EPS or SVG.
