The pictures I uploaded were rejected

I'm new to Adobe and I submitted my first 3 pictures, but they were all rejected. Can anyone help me figure out why?

Your first one can't be checked:

You should add the refusal reason, when posting here. I suppose that the refusal reason was quality issues, as all 2 expose quality issues.

 

Your third looks like an overprocessed HDR picture. One issue the did jump into my eye is the line surrunding buildings: 

That points to an oversharpening. But there is also chomatic noise visible.

In addition, this picture would also earn an IP violation refusal because of this logo:

 

As for your second picture, it has as ponted out by others, this weird slant, that is completly not warrented. And with your processing you added some artefacts like those here: 

The overall picture is oversaturated. 

 

If these pictures are HDR pictures composed from different takes, it may be worth to go back to the initial pictures and to do a more conservative processing.

Best not to get too "creative" when it comes to stock with slanted horizons. This one was also underexposed.
