The quality issues of the photos

Hi, I'm pretty new here, but already have had several successful submisions and earnings, but still trying to figure out everything.

Recently I have posted several photos of landscapes. First, I posted the ones I edited by myself, they were declined because of quality issues. I thought, that my edits were quite tough or the file lost in its qualities. Then I posted the originals, but they were also declines. Below are attached the original ones.

Please help me undrstand what is wrong there.

Thank you!

And yes. You probably need to edit all photos, so, if your camera supports this, you should shoot in raw to have the most detailed information with the picture.

Check your pictures at 100% for artefacts and other errors. Edit out any identifiers or logos. Sometimes I do not use a nice picture, because there are too much of those in the picture.

As a tip for posting here: You will get more detailed information, if you post only one to three pictures here. Most of the issues can that be transposed to the different other pictures.

Lens spots in the sky

leaning horizon

no detail in the shadows

In general, those that were shot in portrait mode probably should have been captured in landscape mode. Virtually all images need at least minimal editing. It's rare for an image to be perfect straight out of the camera.

I tried to use the data I already have, so didn't look that much at the details, but it looks like I was totally wrong.

Thank you for helping out underlining all the details!

That's a great photo.

Is this the same photo you submitted to Adobe Stock?

The image dimensions are only 2048x1536px, which is less than the 4Mpx required for submission.

You'll need to submit a larger size.

Yes, those are the same.

Thank you, I will double check the dimensions.

If the size is to small, you will get an error during the upload. It's something they check mechanically, so you do not need to wait.

Thank you so much! Unfortunately, the system doesn't provide any details on what exactly is wrong and it's like guessing from time to time, but I can understand why there is just a general comment afterwards.

I will try to see everything you mentioned and will hope it help at least for some of them!

PS I haven't see the lady 😄

Well, if it's guessing from time to time only, then it will be OK. It's just easier for us to concentrate on 3 pictures than trying to get a comment on all 10. And in a lot of the cases, the issues are similar.

The moderation system is not to make you a better photographer, but to protect potential buyers from bad assets. That's life.

Most of your pictures are overprocessed, a combination of noise reduction and sharpening.

6685 is also partially overexposed. That's a typical issue with "white blobs" like the swans.

7091, 7093: The white balance is not correct.

6670: you have left an identifier or logo on the boat, that's an IP refusals.

6381: you would need in addition to correct the errors, remove the identifiers a model release from the woman.
