Question

The Safe Search filter is not working properly.

I'm accessing Adobe Stock from Qatar and encountering an issue. When I search for the keyword "Salalah," which is a city in Oman, only 49 results are shown due to the Safe Search filter being applied.

As a contributor, I ensure that none of my images violate safety guidelines, yet none of my images appear in the search results. When searching the same term on the international version of Adobe Stock, I receive 1,000 results.

This issue is consistent with any search term from the Qatar region. I believe this is a technical error that needs to be addressed and fixed.

Locking this thread. You asked the same question several months ago and there was no change. https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/contributors-images-not-showing/td-p/14280647

I'm accessing Adobe Stock from Qatar and encountering a [censorship] issue.

=======

Not surprising given your region's morality & privacy policies. All content must be additionally vetted to ensure compliance with Qatar's strict laws.

For example:

"Qatar has strict laws in place to protect the privacy of its citizens, and taking photographs of individuals without their consent is not allowed. This means that photographers must be careful when taking photographs in public places, and should always ask for permission before taking photographs of people. Article 333 of the Penal Code which stipulates that "whoever illegally intrudes into another person's private life and without their consent shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years in prison and/or a fine not exceeding QR10,000."

Feel free to submit content to other microstock services.

No, there are no technical issues. Quatar is a restricted country and assets need additional vetting before they get cleared for restricted countries.

Yes, that is normal for your region. There are 2 zones in Adobe stock. As you are in the restricted zone, your assets are not visible to you. But they are visible in the rest of the world. That's the same with me. Most of my assets are not available fore licensing in your region.
