Hello Adobe Stock team,

I have a contributor account with more than 1,500 AI‑generated illustrations uploaded recently.
After reaching about 1,577 files in the “New” tab (category: Technology, marked as “Created using generative AI tools”), the “Submit files” button became permanently disabled.

Even after reducing my “New” tab to 200 files and clearing browser cache/cookies, the button still remains greyed‑out.
It seems that my submission queue is locked on the server side due to the previous large AI batch.

System details:
– Contributor ID: 212763702
– Approx. files uploaded: 1,577 AI images, now 200 visible in “New”
– Browser: Chrome (latest version)
– Platform: Windows 11
– Reproduced on multiple browsers

Please check and kindly reset my contributor submission queue or unlock the “Submit” functionality so I can continue uploading new approved content.

Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards,
Samuel Minouri

There is nothing wrong with your account, as per Adobe's notification below. The criteria are different for different contributors. When your assets under the review tab are moderated, you will be able to submit more.

We’re introducing updated submission limits for Adobe Stock Contributors to help maintain the strength and quality of our growing collection. These updates support the continued success of both our Contributor community and customers alike. When you reach your weekly submission limit or the maximum amount of allowed content pending moderation, you will experience a temporary pause before you can submit additional content.

You've exceeded your maximum submission limit for the time being.

Wait until your assets are reviewed before attempting to submit more.

Focus less on quantity and more on quality.

Be more selective about what you submit for Stock review.

Choose 2-3 of your very best assets.

Upload & submit for review.

Repeat the next day, slow & steady.

There is no limit to the number of images you can upload to the New tab; however there is a limit to the number of those that you can Submit at any one time. Individual accounts have different limits. You'll have to reduce your submission batch in order to determine what that limit is. The Submit button will remain grayed out until you reduce your batch to be less than the account limit.

This is not a bug, it's a feature. Reducing the file count in your Uploaded→New tab does not solve the issue, you only lose all metadata, that you have prepared. What will help, however, is to limit uploading to your best files only. That will help you with growing your account with high-quality assets.

Hello. I had a similar problem. I registered with Adobe Stock about two weeks ago. During the first week, I was allowed to upload 50 images. During the second week, I was able to upload about 25, and then the Submit button became inactive. This has been going on for four days now. Can you tell me how to resolve this?

There is nothing to resolve. You have reached your submission limit, which was established a few months ago.
