These images look similar will this be a problem and I have used Keywords same title for all images

In my opinion, there's not much difference between one green chili pepper and another. 

Any decent Photoshop user can rotate and manipulate images when needed.

Focus on creating NEW content with keywords that customers are likely to search for.

6 probably, but certainly not 30. It would appear it's two kinds of green peppers. 30 is spamming. You need variety. On your profile all 30 will gather on the same page which will be almost 1/3 your page with the same subject just juggled variations. Just imagine having 30 pages of just 10 different subjects, how many customers do you think you'll attract? You need to have a variety of different subjects.

The same keywords are okay for multiple files provided all the keywords are relevant. I have never gotten refusal for a single title for multiple images. I do it sometimes, but I don't think it's recommended. Frankly, if 6 of us can use the caption "Butterfly", why cant I use it for six of my butterfly images?

I would guess that they are visually similar, and near to spamming. And if you even not can find different titles and keywords, to describe your assets, I fear that they are easy to spot. The rule says 3 pictures of the same theme. And you should be selective, not uploading everything.

If you are unable to come up with unique titles and keywords, perhaps the images are too similar...

From personal experience: I had three images recently removed when I got lazy and gave all three of them the same titles and keywords.
