These photos are rejected, could you please help me with the reason

Phone cameras are easy to use, but they're very limited in what they can do. 

If you're serious about photography, start saving for an entry-level camera, new or used.  You'll be able to do more with a real camera.

1: overexposed and badly framed.

2: frames are not allowed.

2+3: overprocessed. You should avoid artistic alienations of photos. That is not useful for stock. Stock buyers expect pictures that are correctly processed and leave them all the possibilities to process the asset at their will and need.

4: underexposed and badly framed. Composition is part of the quality requirements.

Generally speaking: you overprocess your images, probably to hide the bad image quality. That won't work. Adobe does accept phone camera images, but they need to meet the same quality requirements than pictures from a standard APS C size sensor camera or a USD 100,000 camera. But small sensor cameras always need optimal light situations, and any in camera processing should be avoided.

There are overexposed areas in the first image. Look at the histogram. The selective color processing in the second image is not allowed. The third image is harshly lit by a flash and poorly composed. There are already millions of roses in Adobe stock, so try to find a more unique subject. The fourth image is blurry and underexposed. Have you read the help pages regarding photo submissions? Also, remember that not all mobile phone images need to be shot in portrait mode...

Your phone’s sensor isn’t large enough to capture the detail required for stock. Every hair on the dog should be distinctive and not “muddied” as it appears here.

For the black and white image, black and white conversions with localized color are summarily rejected on Adobe Stock.
