These photos have been denied for quality, but I couldn't see any issues. I'm using a laptop screen, so may be missing something. Please help,

I like the concept. 

Closely examine images in Photoshop at 100-300% magnification where quality problems become more noticeable.

The first one should be exposed better, more like the second one, but the previous comments apply.

Is it the size of the photo you actually submitted?

・Issues with composition.
・Blurriness or focus issues.
I believe these are the reasons for the rejection.

Neither appears to be sharply focused and in the first image there are spots in the sky - probably birds, but could be mistaken for lens spots…
