This is normal these days. Your portraits have a much better chance of being accepted if the subject is actually doing something, as opposed to just posing for a "photograph." Even then, this would still most likely be rejected, as it is too dark and the shadows contain little if any detail. And what's that little symbol in the bottom right corner?
