Plastic skin, large out of proportion hand and fake elongated fingers to start with.

For quality issues. Sure! 

 

The asset is not sharp. You have artefacts, as an example around the woman's headscarf. The baby's face, especially around the mouth, is not natural, the right hand of the woman is giantic.

There are several drawing errors, and the skin on the woman's face and hand looks like plastic - no texture at all.
