What about exposure:

As for the nosy background, I'm not sure that it is not the paper (it's a paper?) texture. 

As for the rest: This is not the originally submitted picture, and it exposes even as this artefacts here and there. 

But you can't expect us to do a serious analysis of the image on a sized down screenshot.

The background seems quite noisy, there are bands of uneven color, and halos around some of the objects.

It seems obvious you want to provide ample room for copy, but I think less copy room and more subject, like 50/50, would have been more interesting a concept.
