The asset is very soft and shows little structure. When there is structure, you have rendering errors:

Besides the artefacts (arrows), I'm truly interested in how you retain the water (square).

In addition:

Your asset is in the PNG file format. The PNG file format should be used only with assets that have a transparent background. Your transparent background is more an artefact.

Submit your files as JPEG if there is no transparency and crop out such frames.
