This photo was not accepted due to quality issues, really?

Oversaturated colors and a tad too dark.  And the foreground area closest to the bottom is out of focus.  But otherwise, it's a nice dramatic image.  You can correct the technical issues and resubmit it if you wish.

At a first view, it's oversaturated.

As you haven't posted the original size asset as submitted, there is very little more that I can say for now.
