Could someone help me understand why "image doesn't meet our quality standards"?

Oversaturated colors and a tad too dark.  And the foreground area closest to the bottom is out of focus.  But otherwise, it's a nice dramatic image.  You can correct the technical issues and resubmit it if you wish.

At a first view, it's oversaturated.
