This submission was rejected. No specific reason. Can someone help me find the reason?

Nice photo! This time I can only guess and say that the bridge should be the focus point. Unfortunately, the bridge is somewhat blurry. But, like I said, I am only guessing. 

There was a rejection reason. For sure. All rejected pictures have a rejection reason attached. Without looking into your picture, I would guess "Technical Problems"!

Your preview is quite small, but I still would guess that there is no detail in the picture due to agressive post-processing.
