If my content does not include any type of People and property, such as: I want to work with different types of fruits and normal PNG files. I do not want to work with any type of People. In this case, should I tick? Option 1 or Option 2 please tell.(Image please visit below)

Easy: you do not have recongnizable people or property, so the second is no. Leave the first blanc. However, clicking "fictional people and property" is no problem, as there are no people and properties.

You shouldn't be submitting recognizable AI people (celebrities, politicians, etc.). If you were to do that, you would need to contact them to procure a model release.
