Time to review photos

Hi there, i have some photos that have been in review for over a month and 1 in particular that has been waiting for over 4 months, is this normal, or should i look for another stock agency, as i think this delay is unacceptable. If there is anyone that can offer advice id be really appreciative, TIA John

Review times can take up to 8 weeks. That said, 4 months is a bit too long. Personally, I would suggest you delete it and resubmit.

 

Meanwhile, the 4th of July is coming up and moderation (as well as sales, I suppose) will be slow this week in any case. A lot of people are taking advantage of the fact that the 4th is falling on a Thursday, which means many people will be taking Friday off as well and possibly much of this entire week.

A month is normal. Waiting time before moderation can be up to 8 weeks. If you think that that is unacceptable then you need to stop submitting. In all cases, you can submit the same assets to other stock suppliers too. It's not forbidden in the Adobe terms and conditions.

      Contributor support may be able to unblock the assets. It may well be that @Johnthebirder did hit a bug in the system.
