Timeframe for appeal

Hi

My account was deactivated in early Feb 2025.
As soon as I received the email I sent a request via the 'contact us' link on the page - NOTHING

Two months later I resent it - NOTHING

A month later I sent again - NOTHING
I contact Adobe via the Facebook page, who told me they can't access the info, but the man I was talking to was kind enough to contact the correct department, and replied saying that they had not received ANY of my requests for further information. Even though I sent via their online form with my account email.
After that I resent the message via their online form and I can only assume the fourth didn't end up in Adobe's inbox. I was requesting information to why my account was deactivated. The email is SO vague it's would be hard to pinpoint to allow for an appeal. (I have attached a screenshot of the conversation where he states support didn't receive my messages). Regardless, I decided to send an appeal based on what I belived to be the reason with supporting evidence in my defense. I am NOT sure if this has been received as I received NO reply saying they have received the appeal and how long it would take.
1) How can I be sure they received my appeal?
2) Do you receive a receipt email after sending an appeal?
3) How long does an appeal take usually?
4) If, like the other messages from contact screen, the appeal didn't get received, I find this unacceptable, as I have also had acess issues to the community with my account email and I hope that it hasn't nothing to do with that glitch. How can I be sure?

If anyone from Adobe is reading this I would like some answers as I am entitled to an appeal to be heard and the issues with not recieving my first four messages via your form should be addressed, as I have waited 6 months to get answers.

Thanks in advance

Rob

If Adobe Stock received your request for an appeal, and it was fully completed as required, you should have received a decision within 30 business days. Did you check your email Spam & Trash folders?

Seems I didn't even get a case number and it's been over a month.

Adobe won't read your message, or more precisely, they read messages of this type very rarely. In all cases, they do not comment on account blockings.

What I can confirm, is that if you contact Adobe contributor support via the form, as you have done, you will get an immediate response with a case number.

That answer is just an acknowledgement that your request has been received by contributor support. It's not an answer targeted to your request.

I never received a case number, or replies to any of my formal contact message. The support team even said my messages from the contact form on the deactivated page never got through. So based on what youa re saying. They never even got my appeal! How can I fix this! I have been waiting 7 months for at least an answer and NOTHING!
How can I get an appeal through to them if my account ID email or account seems to fail at delivering?
I don't even get replies to these posts EVEN though I have "Email me when someone replies" ticked.
