Hello, I have a question about editorial content: An example: I have a photo - NEW YORK CITY - Times Square. Lots of advertising, people. I cannot display the image for commercial use. So Editional - Adobe does not accept the images. Why? Are such images fundamentally rejected?

Yes, you have people in the image. Editorial illustrative does not allow for people. And indeed, many assets get refused because they are not newsworthy assets. Editorial Illustrative should show logos, or other aspects that may be used in news and editorial settings.

The most common reasons for rejection for this collection are:

- The file contains identifiable people.
- The file is a news or documentation editorial.
- The file did not have a strong editorial concept.

Other reasons may also apply.

I suppose that both the first and third points apply, since it's impossible to capture an image in Times Square without people in it. Adobe does not accept Illustrative Editorial images that contain people. They also reject images if I they don't meet the current definition of "newsworthy".
