Title: My Adobe Stock Contributor Account Deactivated – Unable to Contact Support (Error Showing)

Hello Adobe Team,

My Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated. I have 2600+ files and over 400 sales, and this account is very important for my work. I want to request a review and understand the reason for the deactivation.

However, when I click on Contact Us, the page shows an error and I am unable to reach support through the dashboard. I have attached screenshots for reference.

I always try to follow Adobe Stock guidelines, and if any of my content has an issue, I’m willing to correct it. Please help me with instructions on how I can get my account reviewed or reactivated.

Thank you.

There is a bug in the forum software, that makes it impossible for us to read your attachements. There is no reason to attach such assets, you can use the picture icon or copy paste to inline pictures into your message.

You said in your original post that there was an error when you try to use the Contact Us link. These screenprints do NOT indicate that there is an error.

This is the address for appealing a suspended account: Adobe Appeals Form

You are not addressing Adobe directly here and will receive no response from an Adobe rep here. None of your fellow Contributors here in the forum can help with account suspensions, The only thing you can do is reach out to Adobe Stock Contributor Support via the Contact Us link. The error you're receiving is probably temporary, so try again later.

You just said that you receive an error message when trying to use Contact Us! If you have already contacted Adobe you must wait for a reply which can take days or weeks or even longer. They are evaluating many suspended accounts at any one time, and the process takes time. Sending repeated requests only clogs their support system with duplicate, repeated messages.
