Body:

Dear Adobe team members and fellow contributors,

I am a dedicated Adobe Stock contributor (account: EMAIL REMOVED BY MODERATOR) whose account was deactivated. Since then, I have taken the following steps:

  • August 28, 2024 – Submitted my first appeal (Case #00274948) after noticing the deactivation.
  • June 8, 2025 – Submitted a second appeal (Case #00389919).
  • June 30, 2025 – Submitted a third appeal (Case #00403181).

Each time, I received an automatic confirmation from [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers], yet I have never received any concrete response or resolution.

Additionally, between appeals I reached out via all available channels:

  • Emailed[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] and[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]
  • Used the official “Contact Us” form on the Adobe website
  • Engaged livechat customer support

Despite these efforts, I have received no direct, meaningful reply from Adobe.

My work has been downloaded 31 times—each download representing my dedication and passion. While earnings aren't substantial, the true value lies in the effort and creativity poured into each image. I deeply respect Adobe’s guidelines and am fully prepared to cooperate with any review process. What I ask for is simple: a fair chance and a clear response.

Could someone from Adobe please advise on a concrete way forward? I sincerely hope this post reaches someone who can help. Thank you.

Customer support is customer support and not contributor support!

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You're preaching to the choir here. This user-to-user community cannot help you with your account.

For privacy reasons, Adobe employees can't respond to you here. This is a private matter between you and Stock Contributor Support only.

Try submitting work to other microstock services besides Adobe.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum and will receive no reply from an Adobe rep here. 31 downloads is not a significant number. Given the amount of time that has transpired since your account suspension, I think you can conclude that your account has been permanently suspended.

The Adobe addresses you show are wrong. When you try to login to your contributor dashboard you get a popup with a "contact us" link. You need to use it.
