Title: Urgent: Video FTP options missing on dashboard - Ticket submitted 3 days ago

"Hello Adobe Community Managers,

I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for 3 years, and my Tax Form and ID are fully approved. However, my account is facing a technical bug where the Video Upload / FTP section is completely blank on my dashboard (it only displays the resolution guidelines but no Host, Username, or Password).

I submitted a support ticket through the contributor contact form 3 days ago, but I have not received any response yet, and the feature remains locked.

Could a Community Manager please escalate my case to the technical team to refresh my contributor profile and enable the Video FTP section? Thank you."

I submitted a support ticket through the contributor contact form 3 days ago...

Contributor Support doesn’t work on weekends or holidays. Be patient.

As @yamato713108855 said, FTP privileges are not available for everyone.

From your Contributor Portal, drag & drop files into the Blue Upload Circle. See below for more details.

Hope that helps.

absolutely no button or option to upload videos via the browser either (only Images and Vectors are allowed in the upload zone). Clicking 'VIDEOS' just opens empty guidelines. This confirms my video submission feature is completely broken on both ends (Browser and FTP). I am waiting for an official Adobe Staff member or @Mat Hayward to review this backend glitch. Thank you."

Since browser uploads for videos were supported in 2024, only some contributors have been able to use FTP.
The length of time you've registered with Adobe Stock is irrelevant; sales figures and other factors influence eligibility.

Responses to inquiries may take some time, so you'll just have to wait.

I have just tested my account using a completely fresh Incognito (Private) window, and the issue remains exactly the same. The FTP credentials under the 'VIDEOS' section are still completely missing and blank.

This completely rules out any browser cache, cookies, or profile issues. It is officially confirmed that this is a backend system bug on Adobe's side restricting my 3-year-old account.

Since I have already submitted a formal ticket through the Stock Contact Form 3 days ago and got no response, I urgently need an official Adobe Employee / Community Manager to refresh my contributor profile from the backend.

@Mat Hayward — could you please look into this case? Thank you."

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies?
This can sometimes resolve issues if it's not working correctly.
If you're using Chrome, accessing the site using a different profile might also be effective.

If the problem persists, please use the contact form on Stock, rather than the community page.

Thank you for the reply. However, my Adobe Stock contributor account is 3 years old, so I am an experienced contributor.

Secondly, Adobe Stock does not allow video uploads directly through the web browser interface anymore for many accounts; it strictly requires FTP. On my dashboard, as shown in my previous screenshots, there is absolutely no button or 'Drag & Drop' zone to upload video files via the browser.

When I click on the 'VIDEOS' dropdown, it only shows text guidelines but the FTP Host, Username, and Password fields are completely missing/blank. This is definitely a technical profile bug.

Can an official Adobe Community Manager please look into my account backend and resolve this? Thank you."

Click on “Upload” on the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Click “Learn More” link under the blue circle in the middle of the screen.
A pop-up window appears with the FTP settings.

FTP is only available to a select group of experienced contributors.
If it's not displayed, you may not be eligible.
Videos can also be uploaded via your browser.
