Titles and keywords for photos published on different platforms

Can I publish photos on Adobe Stock that are already present on other platforms while keeping the same title and keywords, or do I have to make changes?

Sure. As long as the titles and keywords are not misleading, there is no reason to invent something new.

You should, however, check if the other plattform(s) are asking for exclusive access to the assets. Some give a higher payout in such a situation, and then you would violate their terms&conditions.

You need to refer to the T&C's on the other stock sites to determine if they allow submission on other stock sites. Most do not require exclusivity. If I am correct, Getty is at least one that does not allow duplicate submissions on other sites outside their own.
