To the Adobe Stock Team,

I would like to express my complaint regarding the image I uploaded and was rejected by Adobe Stock due to quality issues, while the same image was accepted by Shutter Stock.

Hormat kami,

[Rifaldi Muhammad Salim]

Your fellow Contributors here in the forum are not able to comment on the reason for rejection unless you upload a few of the rejected images at full size/resolution. The screen print of thumbnails that you have attached does not allow analysis. As others have noted, Adobe is known to have higher quality standards than other agencies. Adobe will not provide detailed feedback on individual images, and there is no avenue for appeal of the moderators' decisions.

Hello,

What is your complaint actually? That Adobe Stock rejected your image?

Shutterstock accepts a lot of images that Adobe would reject. I think Adobe Stock has stricter quality control than a lot of other microstock sites.

Have you read the help guides?

It is important to understand that there is NO APPEAL. Adobe's decision is final. There is no requirement that they are fair or transparent, this is not in your supplier contract that you accepted.

To allow appeals would need staff time, and cost money. It is much cheaper to lose some good pictures, there are 100 million already.  If you cannot accept rejection, a supplier relationship with Adobe Stock might not be best for you. If you are willing to allow rejection to be a learning experience - as all the professionals here have done - you can share 1-3 original images with us (not thumbnails) for comments. But don't try to argue with the comments!

The Adobe stock team does not follow this forum thoroughly. You will find mostly fellow contributors here.

There is also no reason to complain, when Adobe thinks your asset is not fit to be added to Adobe stock. That it has been accepted by Shutterstock is not a reason. Adobe's turf means Adobe's rules.

If you post the full-size file here, as submitted, we can have a look into it and may be telling you the probable refusal reasons.
