Total items reduces from 2793 to 2457 only means 300 videos missing. I wrote to support adobe but they careless said me to read policy and didn't talked about 300 videos footage. How can I get these back in my contributor account please. Vipin goud

How to get lost 300 approved videos back

    Correct answer RALPH_L

If assets were removed you will find them in the list of rejected assets. The order is not based on deletion date. I believe it is based on submission date so you may have to search through the rejected assets. There you will find the reason they were removed and possibly correct and resubmit.

These videos were not rejected but accepted and approved and were being selling also. But suddenly one day I saw only 30 videos instead of 329 total video assets. They replied carelessly to read policy and there is no reason where these assets are. I have emals proof of approved and accepted video footage with me from adobe.

My first guess would be to look for IP violations.

If you can submit signed Model/Property Releases, you might be able to recover them.

That’s just my guess based on very limited information that you’ve provided.

Unfortunately, there’s no quick and easy way to determine which files have been rejected. You’ll just have to go through everything on the “not accepted” tab to determine which assets were rejected and for what reason.
