Trouble finding uploaded footage

Question

Hi there, just wondering if anyone has had trouble viewing uploaded video files to Adobe Stock. I have files accepted for upload and approved however when i go to the site i cannot find the footage.

Even using the exact same title in the search brings up nothing.

Can i assume the footage is not available for sale or am i missing something, i am confused.

Any discussion would be welcome.

Same thing, I registered yesterday, uploaded a few files successfully, put them for review and then tried to upload two more. Uploaded them them at least 10 times in 20 hours and they just dont show on uploaded content. Pretty weak from a company that big.
