Trouble getting money

Hello! I can't withdraw my earnings via PayPal. PayPal support writes that from Adobe there were no requests for transfer, and Adobe support wrote that PayPal refuses to accept the transfer. Has anyone encountered the same thing or just knows how to solve this problem?

I would check that your paypal account name is correct on both sides.

Thanks for the answer! But the Adobe account and the PayPal account are tied to the same email.

It doesn't matter what email address is on your Adobe account. All that matters is what email address you typed (twice) when you requested the payout. It does not default to the email address on your Adobe account. If you accidentally entered an incorrect email account, the payment won't go through.
