Troubles linking Adobe with Payoneer as a funding source for payouts

Hi everyone, 

I have issues with logging in from Adobe contributor page to Payoneer for linking my existing account for payouts. Each time they say "Unaible to associate this funding source with ypur exsisting account". I tried clearing cookies and that sort of things, tried using other browsers, tried using private pages to log in and so far nothing helps. Tried writing to Adobe support team, they just tell me that they have cleared my payout history but they apparently dont since it doesnt help. 

Payoneer team told me the problem is on the Adobe side

has anyone faced similar problems?
