I had my ID rejected because my passport was out of date. Ok fair enough but I don't have any other ID with my photo on. MY Driving license is the old type - (and legal), but no other document available!
There must be alternatives to register?
No, I'm sorry but we cannot accept an expired passport. We require a valid (current), government issued photo ID card that shows your date of birth for account verification purposes. There is not a workaround to this requirement.
