Support won't reply, PT support can't do anything...

Your system's forcing me into EUR charges, which are stopping me from doing any purchases.

Hi @21609913

To cancel your contributor account, did you follow sub-section 8-1 of the Contributor Agreement which require 90 days notice?

Regards

Jacquelin

Incidentally: If you want to come back to your initial request: you also need to contact Contributor support, who can delete your would contributor account. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

Owning the Contributor registered under a specific region locks the entire Adobe account into that region accross all platforms, basically it greys out and blocks the menus to change the Credit Card region if you move to do any purhcases.

Still not solved.

Interesting. I know that the currency in which Adobe pays its contributors can't be changed. But I was persuaded that there is a possibility to change the country of residence.

You will need to check with Contributor Support: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

Watch your spam folder, contributor support answers by e-mail.

There may also be the possibility that @MatHayward can give us more insight into this, or check your current status.

I think you posted to the wrong community.

If you're being charged for Adobe services or Stock Assets in Euros, it's because that data is contained in your Adobe online account.   Log in below and change it.

I know what the Contributor system does, I'm telling it's blocking any possibility of applying changes to the credit card's region because the account, for some reason, get's locked into the currency applied ot the Stock Contributor system.

The only way to fix it is if Adobe itself changes the region for the Contributor system, or deletes it.

If you have a contributor account, you get money, when your contributions get bought. If you have a plan, you can change your location as soon as you change your credit card to a credit card from your region.

What is your question? There is no charge to be an Adobe Stock Contributor.
