Trying to connect my old Fotolia account (yes, I know I"m late)

So after all these years and getting once in a while emails that sold something on Fotolia, I decided to I should go and withdraw my earnings. 

Then I found that Fotolia is no more and it is now Adobe and that my Fotolia login does not work on Adobe. 

 

Then I accidentally made my way here: https://stock.adobe.com/fotolia/login. 

This form apparently recognizes my login and if I enter the correct it says "Please contact our customer service team through this form for assistance.".

 

Yet "this form" does not lead to any for, but to the main support page for all Adobe products and I have no idea where to go from there.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a contact us form at the bottom of this page: https://www.fotolia.com/ and the people that monitor this would be able to assist you.

Thank you EBQ. I've tried to use that contact form. We will see.
