Trying to find information on setting up beneficiaries for my contributor library if I was to pass?

I am working on my will and trust and would like to leave this library to my family when I pass.

Thank you all.  I agree with your assestments.  Just not a clear place to make sure there was not any special considerations the adobe might put on what is commonly your answers.  Making sure that your family has your account information/password is the first thing.  Building an list of all kinds of accounts with passwords/account numbers/etc. is important.  But I like your information on making sure they also have instructions to contact the provider. As some require lots of documentation, closing accounts and or renaming.  Thank you all for your input!

The library is yours and you retain the rights to it. You don't give the rights up to Adobe So your heirs inherit all your IP including your photos. But they can't get them back from agencies; you need to provide them with your own archive. It's not clear that the Adobe Stock account can continue, however, this is yours alone.

You need to talk to an attorny on how the photo rights are passed on to beneficiaries. They should then contact contributo-support@adobe.com to change the portfolio owner.
