Trying to improve, please help me figure out why was my photo rejected

I submitted these photos and the rejection just said "Technical Issues." Can someone please help me with constructive criticism as to how I could improve for next time or fix them?

Hi @Loralith ,

The spots in the green is indication of noise/grain. The colors around the edge of the water droplet is chromatic aberration. The edge of the left side of the droplet is a bit soft indicating a little too shallow depth of field. It is the same issue for both images.
