Two accounts, need some help, please.

I have been an Adobe user for a long time, and now I have become a contributor. I am currently studying at the university and since this is an architecture course, all students have student accounts in Adobe.

And now I have a problem - the system does not allow me to upload photos, since an account from the university is registered in my name, phone number, address, etc. I can not delete it, I have already written to support many times, but no one answers me.

Help, what should I do?

I believe you can set up another email address to create your Adobe Stock Contributor account. In fact, it's best to use an email account that isn't associated with the university, since I assume you won't always be there...

Thank you very much for your response.

The thing is that I have two accounts now - one from the university, and the other is my old one, from which I am writing now and it was blocked for entry as a contributor.

It turns out that I already have two accounts and costumer service does not respond - there is a complete ignor. I do not understand why ( I really hope that my request will be noticed and helped.

If the old one is a contributor account, the new one (university account) will be blocked as a contributor account. So you have created a contributor account with your university account, and then you tried to create the contributor account with your private account.
