Two Adobe Stock Contributor Accounts Created on Same Email – Need Access to Original Account

Hello Adobe Community,

I’m facing an urgent issue where two Adobe Stock Contributor accounts have been created under the **same email address [EMAIL REMOVED BY MODERATOR]**. As a result, I am now unable to access my original contributor account.

Here are the details:

[PERSONAL DETAILS REMOVED BY MODERATOR]

This issue occurred after I linked my Behance account to my Adobe ID and clicked the “Display your Adobe Stock assets” option. That action automatically created a new contributor account, even though I already had an active one using the same email.

Unaware of this at first, I uploaded 11 files to the new account, and only then realized I was no longer in my original contributor account. Since then, I haven’t been able to log into my main account at all — every login redirects me to the new one.

I’ve already sent a detailed email to contributor-support@adobe.com but I’m posting here in hopes that someone from the community or an Adobe moderator can assist or escalate the issue.

I have not withdrawn any earnings from either account and can provide identity verification if requested privately.

I would sincerely appreciate any guidance or support on how to regain access to my original contributor account.

Thank you,
**MD. SHIFAT ALI**

Contact Behance via their Help Desk

Contact Stock Contributor support via your Contributor Portal

This public user-to-user community can't help you with account issues. That's beyond our reach.

No one here in the Contributor community can assist to resolve this issue. You'll have to wait for Contributor Support to reply. Meanwhile, remove your personally identifying above from this post, as that is in violation of the forum guidelines.
